Before you begin

Bubble Sanctuary is designed for iPhone and iPad in portrait orientation. For the full experience, keep your sound on and choose a comfortable volume before entering the tide.

Your progress

Your Sanctuary, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. The game does not require an account. Deleting the app also removes its locally stored progress, so please do not delete it while troubleshooting unless we ask you to.

Reading comfort, ambience, and pauses

During play, open the three-dot menu to adjust ambience or choose Larger Text. The pause control lets the ocean rest until you are ready to continue.

If something does not feel right

First, pause and reopen the game screen. Confirm that your device is not muted, raise the media volume, and install the latest available beta. If the issue continues, restart your device without deleting the app.

Email hello@irisellestudios.com with the subject “Bubble Sanctuary Support.” Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, Tide number, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or screen recording is welcome when available.

Privacy
